Quartier Blacn Yoga is located just a 5 minute walk from Yoga Station on the Denentoshi Line, 5 stations
from Shibuya Station. It's convenient to Shibuya (And the rest of Tokyo from there), Sangenjaya and Temple University,
Komazawa Daigaku University, and Futako Tamagawa's Rakuten offices. You can get to all of these places from the property
within 20 minutes. It's a quiet, family friendly area surrounded by Residential Houses. It's the first area outside the
shibuya city area where the skyscrapers dissipate and the environment becomes more homey. The neighborhood and location
is the #1 reason reason the majority of guests say they enjoy staying at this property.
The area is just a few minutes from the Tama River, which separates Tokyo from Kanagawa Prefecture. It's a great place
to go to for a walk or bike ride, and the Futako Tamagawa area is a very heavily trafficed area for shopping and restaurants.
On a Good day, you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance from many places in the area.
The Apartment Building is home to Long Term tenants, and our units are setup to be lived in for any length of

we hear from. He is ready to assist any time and goes above and beyond to make sure all guests and tenants are
taken care of.

initially provided. We do not deliver extra towels or linens on a daily basis, and ask that you

After Booking, We'll request you to provide an ID, which you can upload to your account or send to us by Email.
After we confirm your ID, we'll send you information for checkin. That's it!
Many Guests leave positive feedback of our Checkin/Checkout process. We have a 24/7 Self-checkin process.
We'll provide you with the information to checkin by Email or Message before your arrival, and you can use that
information to checkin any time you arrive. To Checkout, Just return the key following the same instructions.
Checkout is by 11am. Our cleaner starts around this time or earlier if possible, and wil clean the unit.
When the unit is cleaned, ready the key for you to to checkin using your checkin information.
Checkin is officially after 4pm, However often the unit is ready earlier than this, so early checkin is usually
possible

Can I register this unit with my Zairyu (Residence) Card at immigration?
Yes. If you are reserving our unit for 1 month (30 days) or longer you may register our unit as
your official address with immigration. Please Just let us know that you plan to do so.
Can I Smoke in this property?
No, Smoking inside the property and inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Please go to the
parking lot in front of the building if you want to smoke, and use a proper ashtray.
How large are these units?
Mostly all units are approximately 18 Square Meters (195 Square Feet), while our larger units
are 28 Square Meters (300 Square Feet). Standard units are 1K type while renovated units (including
larger types) are 1R Type with more open space.
Are there nearby Supermarkets, Convenience stores, Restaurants, Drug stores?
Yes, This property is less than 5 minutes from Yoga Station, which is a very convenient area.
The Fuji Super Market directly in front of the station has 2 food stories and a lifestyle goods
story, which is very convenient. There are 2 separate 7/11 convenience stores within 3 blocks
on either side of the supermarket between the property and the station.
There is an OK Super on the other side of the station, and a Drug store on the same corner right
next to Fuji Super. The GMO Internet Tower on top of Yoga Station, as well as the surrounding areas,
contain dozens of different restaurants of all kinds, and Futako Tamagawa just 1 station over is a
hub for restaurants as well.
Is there a Dryer?
Japanese Apartments typically do not have Dryers, and it is very rare to see a Dryer unit in an Apartment
unit in Tokyo. Most people wash their clothes and hang them out to dry. All units in this property have a
washing machine outside on the balcony, and bar with hangers to dry afterwards. If you prefer a Dryer, There
is a Laundrymat with Coin Wwashers and Dryers for use Just around the corner, less than 2 blocks away, which
you can get to in just 60 seconds.
