Can I register this unit with my Zairyu (Residence) Card at immigration?
Yes. If you are reserving our unit for 1 month (30 days) or longer you may register our unit as your official address with immigration. Please Just let us know that you plan to do so.
Can I Smoke in this property?
No, Smoking inside the property and inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Please go to the parking lot in front of the building if you want to smoke, and use a proper ashtray.
How large are these units?
Mostly all units are approximately 18 Square Meters (195 Square Feet), while our larger units are 28 Square Meters (300 Square Feet). Standard units are 1K type while renovated units (including larger types) are 1R Type with more open space.
Are there nearby Supermarkets, Convenience stores, Restaurants, Drug stores?
Yes the nearest Supermarket is called Seiyu and it's on the opposite side of the 246 highway.
Go to the highway, go left, cross over, and it's just a few buildings down, very easy to spot. It's
less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
The nearest Convenience store, Family Mart, is
if you go to the highway, turn right at the road just before it (that slits off from the highway),
and go just a few blocks, the Family Mart is there on the Intersection with the traffic light.
The Laundry Mat is just on the other side of the street (opposite side of the intersection).
There are Restaurants all around the area. if you go to any of the Station areas (Sakurashinmachi,
Komazawa Daigaku, Sangenjaya, Shibuya in one direction and Yoga or Futako Tamagawa in the other),
There will be many many restaurants to choose from of all different kinds - Ramen, Tenpura, Yaki Niku,
Izakaya, McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Pizza, There's convenient options for any kind of food.
The Nearest Drug Store is a KokoKara Fine Drug Store. You will pass directly in front of it about
halfway between the property and Sakurashinmachi Station, About 5 minutes.
Is there a Dryer?
Japanese Apartments typically do not have Dryers, and it is very rare to see a Dryer unit in an Apartment unit in Tokyo. Most people wash their clothes and hang them out to dry. All units in this property have a washing machine outside on the balcony, and bar with hangers to dry afterwards. If you prefer a Dryer, There is a Laundrymat with Coin Wwashers and Dryers for use directly across from the Family Mart Convenience store that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes.
